Competition supplies and entry fees Henry Hudson Regional School

An allowance assigned for entry fees and supplies as our arts and tech competition participation has been extremely successful with our Tri-district teams winning and placing often above schools who have had a traditional recognition for exceptional standards in these areas.  The support of these programs not only increases the pupils self esteem but draws light to the amazing programs that are available within our three school district.

Odyssey of the Mind͛ Atlantic Highlands Elementary and Henry Hudson Regional School

Following on from the success of the 2015/16 submission by Mrs Ballantoni and her team, HHTDEF is excited to announce that this year we are committed to funding two teams from Atlantic Highlands elementary and two teams from Henry Hudson Regional to compete at their own levels in this National competition!

The Henry Hudson Tri-District Education Foundation funds STE(A)M projects across our three schools; Atlantic Highlands Elementary, Henry Hudson Regional and Highlands Elementary.  We offer two opportunities each school year for the staff to submit proposals.  These proposals are considered by members of the Board to receive the reward.  The board reviews the proposals and, where deemed to be a good fit for the foundation, looks to approve funding through our donations or through sourcing grants to fund the request.  Below are some of the requests that we have been able to commit to fund in 2016.  We are currently looking for Grant and/or sponsorship opportunities for existing requests - these requests sit within the STEAM parameters.
