$10 suggested donation per team
Supplies are FREE and available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event.
Cardboard will also be available to pick up in advance. Dates, times and location TBD.

11:00am - adults (18+)
11:15am - grades 10-12
11:30am - grades 7-9
11:45am - grades 4-6
12:00am - 3rd grade & under

***RULES***
ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT
1. Teams can be made up of 1 to 4 people.
2. Parents must assist children with cutting the cardboard since razor knives will be used.
3. You can bring you own finished boat to the event or there will be cardboard at the event.
4. All boats must be built of corrugated cardboard and duct tape ONLY.
5. Your cardboard boat may be as thick as you want. However, the entire boat must be made of cardboard with no screws, metal or wood. (The only exceptions are oars and paddles.) Only Duct tape can be used to hold the boat together at the seams.
6. No pre-treated cardboard, sona tubes, or waxed cardboard. No caulking compound. No covering the entire boat or bottom of boat in Duct tape - it may only be used at the seams.
7. You can paint your boat from the waterline up only. NO paint allowed on the bottom of the boat.
8. All paddlers are required to bring and wear a life vest while on the water. Life vests will not be provided.
9. Teams must bring their own paddles. Paddles can be oars or kayak/paddle board paddles.
10. Contestants must take care to ensure that the construction of the boat does not include pointed projections or sharp objects that might cause personal injury.
11. Any crew or racer who intentionally hits another boat or crew with their paddles or hands in an attempt to hold onto another boat will be disqualified.
12. Awards will be given for "FASTEST BOAT" per each age category and "BEST DECORATED BOAT."
